International Relations Minister, Naledi Pandor hosts Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba

South Africa’s International Relations and Cooperation Minister, Naledi Pandor, held a press briefing with Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, following their political consultations meeting in Pretoria, amidst the continuing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. In this Radio 702 interview, SAIIA’s African Governance and Diplomacy Programme Head, Steven Gruzd, says the visit by the Ukrainian minister may be a way to counteract the strong relationship between South Africa and Russia through a high-level visit.
