As part of the IDRC Youth Futures for Systemic Justice project, the SAIIA Futures programme organised and hosted an Anticipation Summit in Cape Town from 12–15 November 2024. This transformative gathering brought together changemakers and youth-led initiatives from East and Southern Africa to explore futures thinking, systemic change, and innovative strategies for justice and resilience. Through immersive workshops and collaboration, participants sharpened their ability to anticipate challenges, design bold interventions, and drive meaningful change.
