The intention of the evening is to provide a platform for undergraduate and postgraduate University students in International Relations, Development Studies, Political Studies, Sociology, Economics, Law, Media and Journalism to gain a better understanding of the opportunities that are available to them. 2018 Careers Evening hosted a range of speakers and exhibitors , including representatives from the media, business sector, various government agencies, as well as scholarship organisations.
We were excited to host, South African radio DJ, Anele Mdoda, Entrepreneur and Author, Thato Kgatlhanye, Head of Membership and Communications at the National Business Initiative, Gillian Hutchings and Junior Researcher at the African Peer Review Mechanism Secretariat, Lennon Monyae.
