Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin speaks on war

Russia’s Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has told a meeting of the Russian cabinet that the country faced a challenge to its internal stability. This after an apparent rebellion by the Wagner military group saw thousands of armed soldiers preparing to march on Moscow. In this Newzroom Afrika interview, SAIIA’s Senior Researcher Gustavo De Carvalho says the relationship between Russia’s Minister of Defence and the Wagner group became publicly visible following the battle of Bakhmut.
