SA’s defence minister visits Russia for security conference

An international security conference is underway in Russia. In attendance is our Defence Minister Thandi Modise. Stephen Gruzd, head of the Russia Africa project at the SA Institute of International Affairs, discussed this with eNCA’s Sally Burdett.
