SA’s Foreign Policy and BRICS Summit

President Cyril Ramaphosa delivered a speech on South Africa’s foreign policy in light of the country being the host of the 15th BRICS Summit. In this interview with 702, SAIIA’s Senior Researcher Gustavo De Carvalho says the president’s speech was important for clarifying and creating some benchmarks that would allow a better assessment of South Africa’s performance internationally.
