UN Secretary-General deliver remarks at the BRICS Summit

In his remarks on the last day of the BRICS Summit 2023, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said “multipolarity without strong multilateral institutions is no guarantee for stability; it might even become a catalyst for chaos”. In this interview with SABC News, SAIIA’s Senior Researcher Gustavo De Carvalho says it is a risk that we deal with a changed global order without necessarily changing institutions.
