Dr David Awolala is an expert in environmental governance, climate change economics and agricultural economics. He provides technical support within the interface of climate research, policy and practice at the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES). He is responsible for the consolidation of evidence for climate policy, negotiations and decision-making.
