Dr Humphrey Njogu holds a doctorate in Computer Engineering and has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of infrastructure planning and development, including energy. He has spent most of these years working as an infrastructure policy advisor and is currently the Head of the Infrastructure and Economic Services Department with the leading public think, the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA). He has participated in various national infrastructure assignments.
