Emma-Jane is currently completing her Masters in International Relations at the University of Cape Town, with a particular focus on African regionalisation for the governance of its natural resources. Having been born in South Africa and raised in Kenya and Tanzania, she has had the opportunity to witness and experience the hallmarks of both scarcity and abundance of the African continent. Her ambition for the future is to be part of an effort to make the world more sustainable, seeking to nurture the natural environment, and the humans who inhabit it with compassion and dignity.
