Jack Chola Bwalya is an expert in health policy, public opinion on healthcare and politics in southern Africa. He holds a PhD in Political Science from University College Dublin, Ireland and is associated with the latter’s School of Social Policy, Social Work and Social Justice as a postdoctoral research fellow and academic tutor.
