Keyi Tang

Keyi Tang is a Global China Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She earned her Ph.D. at the
Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she studied political economy. Her research focuses on the distributive politics of development finance in sub-Saharan Africa; the impact evaluation of Chinafinanced hydroelectric dam in Ghana and the policy transfer of special economic zones in Ethiopia and Vietnam. Keyi graduated from Nanjing University with a B.A. in English in 2016 and obtained an M.A. in International Studies from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in 2019.
