His research interests include Social Justice and Human Rights, International Law, Foreign Policy and Political Theory in the Global South. He holds an LLM degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he served as a Senior Editor for the university’s Student Law Review. Nhlakanipho holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand and recently completed a joint Honors degree in International Relations and Political Studies at the same university. He is currently studying towards a Master of Arts degree in Political Studies, also at the University of the Witwatersrand. He has been involved in the development of several improvement projects at the university, including serving on the Student Council in the School of Social Sciences and working as a consultant at the Wits Writing Centre.
