Rob Floyd is the Director of Innovation and Digital Policy at the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), a pan-African policy institute. Here, he also leads work programmes on global financial architecture. These include analysis on borrower coordination, advocacy support for concessional finance, research on debt and green industrialisation, and partnerships on building capacity in Africa for an African financial architecture and for governments to better engage with credit rating agencies.
