He has over 4 years of experience in environmental research field where he has worked within the air pollution space, conducting air quality monitoring and assessment, spatial mapping of air pollution hotspots, and stakeholder engagement. In his current role at AGNES Shadrack works in the science-policy-practice nexus generating evidence to support climate policy and action. Shadrack’s area of interest is in the climate change space with a key focus on how technologies such as radar remote sensing, machine learning and artificial intelligence can be applied to develop locally led solutions to the climate threats and impacts.
