Ivan U Klyszcz is a Research Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security in Tallinn, Estonia. His expertise covers Russian foreign policy, European security, African geopolitics, disinformation and intelligence. He holds an International Master’s degree from the University of Glasgow and a PhD from the University of Tartu, Estonia. He is the author of the weekly Russia-Africa Monitor.
