Celia is a Marine Biologist and Lecturer at the Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo, Mozambique. She is the Country Representative of the Western Indian Ocean Marine Association and the WIO-Mangrove Network and member of the Advisory Group of Mangrove Capital Africa.
