Hanju Bae is a Research Fellow under the Korea-Africa Foundation Young Professionals on Africa programme. She works under the Economic Resilience and Inclusion Programme where her research focuses on global governance, with a particular interest in sub-Saharan Africa and international institutions such as the G20 and BRICS. Her previous experience includes working with the UN Population Fund in Namibia, the African Development Bank and the UN Development Programme in Ethiopia. She holds an MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Political Science & International Relations and International Development Cooperation from Ewha Womans University, South Korea.
