Robert Earley is the founder of EQ Consulting (Beijing) Ltd, a Beijing-based consultancy. Originally from Calgary, Canada, Robert combines an education in environmental science, and urban and regional planning, with nearly 15 years experience in low-carbon transportation policy in China and Asia at large to make policy recommendations for governments and companies everywhere.
