Rucha holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) and Bachelor of Business (Management) from Monash University. Prior to joining SAIIA, Rucha worked as a public servant for the State Government of Victoria in Australia across the energy, resources, emergency management and education sectors.
