Dr Nomfundo Xenia Ngwenya was appointed as the head of the South African Foreign Policy and African Drivers Programme in September 2009. She previously served at the South African Secret Service and lectured in International and African Politics at the University of South Africa. She holds an MA in International Studies from the University of Stellenbosch, an MSc in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
